FREQUENT QUESTIONS
+How far ahead should we brief a seasonal window?
Six weeks from brief to install is our standard cycle for a single site. Multi-site rollouts and bespoke fabrication run eight to ten weeks.
+Do you install outside trading hours?
Yes. Window and floor installs are scheduled overnight or before opening so the store never loses selling time.
+Can you work with our existing lighting track?
In most cases, yes. We audit the current track, re-lamp and re-aim where possible, and only specify new fixtures when the existing beam angles cannot deliver the contrast the scheme needs.
+Do you supply plans our own team can maintain?
Every project ships with a plan-o-guide, a fixture schedule, and dry-build photography so in-store teams can restock without breaking the composition.
+Do you take on single windows, or only retained programmes?
Both. One-off windows and pop-up installations are welcome, and retained clients run a rolling four-changeover calendar across the year.
